Getting "Schooled" on Sustainability

In Strategies for Sustainable Business (15.915, S-Lab), students explore the intersection of business, the environment, and society, using new knowledge to solve real-world problems. This past semester, one group of students had the chance to work with Bay State Milling as they worked to calculate the environmental impact of one of their products.
