The Safe and Sustainable Labs (S2L) Program is a joint program led by MIT Environment, Health and Safety and aims to integrate sustainability across the laboratory, maker space, and machine shop sectors of campus in alignment with MIT’s Climate Action Plan.  The S2L Program evaluates potential areas of sustainability, recommends sustainable practices, and provides resources and information in areas related to materials management, chemicals & wastes, and energy.
