Can we track trends of mood expression on social media to better understand the link between happiness and air quality?

In a recent study and paper published in Nature Human Behaviour, a team lead by Department of Urban Studies and Planning (DUSP) profesor, Siqi Zheng, revealed that higher levels of pollution are associated with a decrease in people’s happiness levels.
